Gluten-free

One of the best decisions I have made. More on this later, but my life has definitely changed. Check back for updates. I am still trying out different gluten free foods, but here are a few of my favorites:

Breads
AnnaB's Gluten Free Multigrain Bread<-- Dry bread, so make sure you toast it first :) but super, super delicious. Can't even tell it is GF.
Ezekial 4:9 Sprouted Grain bread<-- not technically GF, but apparently sprouted grains have less gluten
Rudi's Multigrain Gluten Free Bread <-- this stuff is doable not toasted. I have made peanut butter sandwiches with this bread and have been pleasantly surprised. Closest thing to real bread I have found.

Pasta
Mehh, still trying to find something I really like. I have been trying different brown rice pastas. However, I love using brown rice instead of pasta anyway.

Training/Riding stuff/Snacks
Bananas!! Perfect to throw in my jersey pocket when I ride. I am trying to be more natural with my food.
Larabars<-- only between 2-9 ingredients in each bar
Probar Fruitition<-- blueberry is delish
Good 'n Natural <-- so yummy. I have had chocolate and peanut butter. Around 230 calories and 10g of protein.
Van's Gluten Free Waffles<-- just so delicious. I like to put cream cheese on the All Natural flavor. The ingredient list is a-okay with me. Good for a quick breakfast as you run out the door.
